BESKRIVELSE Saint Emilion Grand Cru på første klasse! Château Haut-Brisson 2016 er en blanding af Merlot og Cabernet frank fordelt på 90% Merlot og 10% Cabernet Franc. Vinen lagrer 15 måneder på franske egetræsfade, 35% af disse fade er nye. Vinen har en flot dyb rød farve. I næsen er vinen meget aromatisk, med masser af mørk frugt såsom brombær og hindbær. En karakterfuld duft hvor du også finder noter som chokolade, lakrids samt en smule tobak. Vinen har en flot og kraftfuld smag med skønne kirsebær noter, en fløjlsagtig struktur, understøttet af en flot syrlighed. Det giver en vin i stor balance. Server vinen ved 16-18 grader og prøv den til retter med lam, oksekød eller vildt.
